Hula is a thriving Hawaiian cultural practice that serves specific functions. We are happy to have Kumu Hula Lanakila Mangauil in New York City offering four workshops focusing on aha (ceremony), oli, mele, and kuleana in relationship with life giving practices. Participants will gain deeper insight and understanding of the hula, mele and oli, fortified cultural context, and personal and spiritual connection.
