Having to whip ourselves together overnight for a last minute performance always gets our hearts pumpin’. We always welcome opportunities to showcase our island culture and to bring more visibility to our Moana Nui Community, especially here in New York City. There are always teachable moments to be had.

The highlight was to be able to welcome back Chef Sheldon Simeon to the Big Apple and to promote his new cookbook “Ohana”.
